Do you know your surface anatomy? (The calf)

As trainers, therapists and athletes it is important to know and practice surface anatomy as much as you can. Our bodies are intricately connected and if we don’t practice this information regularly we can loose it. Reinforcing surface anatomy allows us to better understand injuries and injury prevention – like strains and sprains.
