What is the Hook Grip?
A little while ago Coach Jose from CrossFit Heat and I talked about all things Olympic Weightlifting. One of the things we covered was the Hook Grip – what it is and why you should use it. If you are new to weightlifting you definitely need to check this video out, but even if you’ve been lifting for a while it’s a great reminder of how important the Hook Grip is. There’s also a little nugget at the end about other times when you might not think to use the Hook Grip, but when it might prove useful.
