Starting off, open your legs up and ensure that your knee and ankle are in line. Once you have the right position, grab a lightweight kettlebell, keep your body tall and straight, and focus on squeezing your glutes. Once you’re comfortable, drive your knee outward and hold this position; you should start feeling the stretch in your inner thigh almost immediately!

This stretching routine isn’t just a great way to relieve tightness – it’s also a workout in and of itself. By squeezing your glutes and focusing on maintaining good form, you’re engaging your leg muscles and helping to build strength.
