Dr. Keck used to be a competitive cheerleader back in the early 1800s. Here she is showing an athlete and the world that she still has it! Dr. Keck is an excellent follower of the simple concept of using movement as medicine – once you stop moving that is when the wheels start falling off. Even if it’s just play it is still getting you out of that cycle of sitting, typing, sleeping and repeating.
