The calm before the storm! It’s always great to see our athletes get excited about putting in work to get their bodies moving efficiently. The couch stretch (depicted) focuses on the psoas muscle which is attributed to low back pain. A tight psoas can also make you feel like you’re being pulled forward/in half constantly. Try this stretch for 2 minutes on each side and let us know how you feel.
