Here we have an outstanding athlete of ours doing a hip flexion end range lift off. This exercise is designed to train the hip flexors in ranges that we don’t typically use. We want to ensure that our athletes are strong and durable in as many ranges as possible. This helps reduce risk for injury as well as helps us give them access more movement possibilities.
