Hello Gymnasts! Today we’re doing shoulder internal rotations. I know that’s a lot of technical jargon, but it is when you rotate your shoulder inwards. This is one movement in gymnastics that is grossly neglected but could save so many shoulders from getting injured. Doing this every day can improve mobility and endurance in the shoulder.
